# Setup Master AI

When there’s a lot going on on the chart and there’s still no confidence, Setup Master AI turns the situation into a clear trading plan

❌One of the most common problems in trading is not a lack of signals, but a lack of clarity!

There may be many levels, indicators, and movements on the chart, but at the moment of decision-making, the same questions still remain:

* what is actually happening in the market right now
* is there a strong setup here or is it better to skip it
* enter now or wait
* is this trade too weak
* and where is the real action plan here, not just a pretty picture on the chart

✅These are exactly the tasks Setup Master solves!

It is needed not just to show more information, but to **turn the chaos on the chart into a clear scenario**, which is easier to evaluate before a trade.

The new approach to technical analysis forms a ready-made trading plan with a full chart analysis in real time and a clear action plan, **aimed at protecting your deposit, not at empty moonshots!**

## Adding to the chart

1. Open the settings by clicking ⚙️ next to the indicator name
2. In the dropdown menu, select Setup Master

## How Setup Master works

Setup Master doesn’t make things up like a regular neural net, but looks at the chart strictly through the Midas trading system - it performs a step-by-step analysis without forgetting a single factor:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Signal identification

First of all, the current alert is identified - it is the starting point of the analysis and will be checked against all subsequent steps to warn you about risks or "talk you out of" clearly bad trades.

<figure><img src="/files/14370af035e5d8a29f59e6302985f308b05cdb48" alt="" width="106"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/023a03ccfdbb73bf15ab43d41708ab012537d2f3" alt="" width="104"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Trend analysis

As in the textbook - we start the analysis by assessing the current trend. Midas looks at the trend direction, evaluates the trend strength in percent, and displays it all on a convenient scale, clearly showing the market situation.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Level analysis

The second thing that needs to be analyzed according to the "[Midas system](/faq-en/operating-mode/indicators-only.md)" - support and resistance levels - the indicator understands where the price is relative to the nearest strong levels and uses this to exclude risky trades "at the level" and, on the contrary, highlight good entry points "from the levels" and in the direction of the trend.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Volume analysis

Next, volume is assessed to understand how much the price movement is confirmed by real money from market participants:

* **price moves on volume** = the movement is stronger and more reliable
* **price moves without volume** = this may be a weak impulse, a false breakout, or a random spike (noise that is better to warn about)

<figure><img src="/files/932667edb8ae0646112ee956b422cdbbb60e3ddf" alt="" width="230"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Volatility analysis

Volatility is also taken into account in order to provide the most accurate recommendations for setting the Stop:

* when volatility is low - the stop can be smaller and risk reduced
* when it is high - it’s better to increase it so you don’t get stopped out by wicks.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Final summary

Next, the other built-in Midas scripts are checked, and in the end you get **a ready-made market breakdown** with chart analysis and an action plan aimed at protecting your deposit!

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## What it shows

Instead of the situation where “there seems to be something on the chart, but it’s still not clear how strong the entry is,” you get a more structured breakdown and can more quickly understand what’s in front of you: an interesting setup or noise that’s better left alone.

The mode helps quickly answer the main questions:

* What is happening on the chart right now?
* Is there a strong point of interest here?
* Does the market confirm the entry idea?
* Should you enter now, wait, or skip the asset altogether?

**Setup Master** is especially useful at moments when the market looks “kind of interesting,” but there’s no confidence.

It helps remove subjectivity, reduce analysis time, and focus only on situations where there is a clear trading scenario.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important:** this mode is not for blind entries, but for **making informed decisions**.\
It doesn’t replace your decision, but helps the trader think faster, cleaner, and more systematically - think of it as your pocket advisor!
{% endhint %}

## When to use

#### ✅Helps you understand the situation faster

Instead of a long manual breakdown, Setup Master AI instantly brings the main trade factors together into one picture.\
This is especially useful when you’re tracking several assets and don’t want to spend a lot of time on each chart.

#### ✅Helps filter out weak entries

One of the main values of this mode is not just to find a trade, but to **filter out questionable scenarios**, which look good only at first glance.

#### ✅Gives more confidence before entering

When you have not just a signal in front of you, but a more complete breakdown of the context, the decision is made more calmly and systematically.

#### ✅Speeds up learning

Setup Master AI is useful not only for trading, but also for understanding market logic.\
It helps you see **why exactly this setup looks stronger or weaker**, and over time understand the chart better on your own.

#### ✅Suitable for self-checking

This mode is convenient to use as a quick second look before entering a trade: not as a replacement for your analysis, but as an additional filter that helps verify the idea.

## Frequently asked questions and recommendations

<details>

<summary><strong>What is Setup Master AI in simple terms?</strong></summary>

This is a Midas mode in which the indicator does not just show elements on the chart, but compiles a more complete breakdown of the situation taking into account trend, volume, volatility, and the current signal, so you can understand faster what is happening in the market and what action plan looks more logical right now.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>When is the best time to enable Setup Master AI?</strong></summary>

This mode is best used when you need not a quick look at the chart, but a deeper trade breakdown: before entering, for self-checking, or for learning in the live market. On the mode page, it is presented precisely as a tool for detailed analysis, learning, and self-checking.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>How is Setup Master AI different from the “Indicators Only” mode?</strong></summary>

The “Indicators Only” mode is more suitable for basic manual analysis, while Setup Master AI is for situations when you want to get a ready-made interpretation of the chart and a more understandable action scenario, rather than reading all the elements separately yourself.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Is Setup Master AI suitable for beginners?</strong></summary>

Yes, especially if it’s hard for you to put together the market picture from different factors on your own. This mode is useful for beginners because it helps them see the overall context of a trade faster and understand why a setup looks stronger or weaker, rather than just looking at one signal in isolation from the market. This follows from the mode’s positioning as a tool for analysis and learning.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Can Setup Master AI be used on a phone?</strong></summary>

Better not. On the general modes page, it is separately stated that Setup Master AI should be used only on a computer so as not to overload the chart, and for phones the “Indicators Only” mode is recommended.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Does Setup Master AI replace my own analysis?</strong></summary>

No, it is not autopilot and not a “magic button.” The Midas logic on the site as a whole is presented as help with analysis and self-checking, not as a replacement for your decision, so Setup Master AI is better thought of as an enhancer of your analysis that helps you see the strengths and weaknesses of a trade faster.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Does Setup Master AI help filter out weak trades?</strong></summary>

Yes, and that is one of its main practical benefits: it is needed not only to find interesting situations, but also to understand faster where a setup looks weak, questionable, or not of sufficient quality for entry. This follows directly from the description of the mode as a full chart breakdown with a clear action plan.
